Shipping Policy

This shipping policy for Smarter Design Products provides you, our customer, with information on the shipping process.   

Please allow 1-2 days for us to handle and prepare your purchase for shipping. 

WHERE DO WE SHIP? 

We ship only to Canada and the U.S. We do not ship to other countries at this time. 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COSTS YOU? 

$1.00 for customers in Canada, and 

$2.00 for customers in the U.S.   U.S. customers – you may be subject to a FedEx brokerage fee (US$26 as at June 2020) payable directly to FedEx. 

WHO IS OUR SHIPPING CARRIER? 

Our shipping carrier is FedEx. 

WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR PURCHASE? 

You will receive an email notification when your purchase is on its way to you, and you will be able to track its progress.
