This shipping policy for Smarter Design Products provides you, our customer, with information on the shipping process for your purchase.  

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We ship only to Canada and the U.S. at this time. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COSTS YOU?

SHIPPING is FREE for customers in CANADA and the U.S.  There is no shipping charge for purchasers in Canada and the U.S.

U.S. customers – you may be subject to a FedEx brokerage fee (US$26 as at June 2020) payable directly to FedEx.

WHO IS OUR SHIPPING CARRIER?

Our shipping carrier is FedEx.

WHAT IS THE DISPATCH TIME?

3-5 business days.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE?

The estimated delivery date is 5 to 15 days based on your purchase date, the purchaser's location (actual or inferred) that is not a post-office box,  the seller's processing time and location, and the delivery carrier. Other factors - like placing an order on a weekend or a bank holiday - may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. When received by the carrier, the exact delivery date will be provided to you by email notification.

WHAT IS THE ACTUAL DELIVERY DATE?

When the carrier has picked up your purchase, you will receive an email notification that your purchase is on its way to you, and you will be able to track its progress.
